My Story

I know this work deeply — because I lived its opposite.

For years, I was brilliant on the outside and collapsing inside.
Crippled by self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, and the shame of being “too much.”
Stuck in paralysis-by-analysis, drowning in urgency, and haunted by the pressure of expectations I never consciously chose.

My awakening wasn’t pretty — it was raw.

A shattering heartbreak stripped me bare.
I saw the pattern clearly: my empathy was leading me to lose myself.
Stillness became my initiation. Pain became the portal.
And in the silence, I remembered: you can transmute pain into pleasure, chaos into clarity, and static into signal.

With over two decades as a nude art model, fire dancer, and professional entertainer, I knew how to be seen — but rarely felt.
My inner world was electric, inspired, wildly alive — and yet I carried the belief that my weirdness was a liability.

So I turned inward.
